susan-websterOur Principal, Susan Webster, is an award-winning solicitor and broadcaster. Susan completed her honours law degree (LLB) in Trinity College Dublin and immediately after attended the Honourable Society of King’s Inns Barrister-at-Law degree course, being called to the Bar in June 2006. Since that date Susan has been working as a solicitor, completing the Law Society of Ireland’s Conversion Course in August 2009. Susan also holds a Diploma in Family Law from the Law Society of Ireland and a Certificate in Collaborative Practice from the Association of Collaborative Practitioners. Susan has extensive experience in family law matters.

Susan is a regular contributor to the media on legal issues. For the past 3 years she has had a legal segment on Kfm Radio, dealing with all manner of legal issues. In 2014, the legal slot won a Law Society Justice Media Award. In 2015, the legal slot won a Merit Award at the Law Society Justice Media Awards. Susan also regularly appears on Call Cooney with Aidan Cooney on Dublin’s Q102 to discuss legal matters. She is a regular panelist on TV3’s Midday.
Susan is a member of the Civil Legal Aid Panel for Family Law. She is also a member of the Civil Legal Aid Family Law Mediation Sub-Panel.

Susan provides the family law and professional conduct and ethics training for the Free Legal Advice Centre in Maynooth University. She has contributed to the information pamphlets on Separation and Maintenance for the Free Legal Advice Centre. She also volunteers with the Free Legal Advice Centre in Maynooth, Maynooth University and in the specialised Family Law Clinic in Aungier Street, Dublin 2.

Susan is a member of the Kildare Solicitors’ Bar Association, the Irish Women’s Lawyers Association and Network Ireland. In 2014, Susan served as President of Network Ireland Kildare Branch, a networking organisation for women in business, the professions and the arts. She has served for a number of years as a Director of the North Kildare Citizens Information Service.
Susan regularly provides training and lectures on legal matters. She was a Finalist for the Family Lawyer/Law Team of the Year at the 2015 AIB Private Banking Irish Law Awards. Susan is currently writing her first legal book.
